Suhaib Kaki is a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) leader known for transforming GRC from a control function into a strategic enabler of organizational resilience. With a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, he brings a rare engineering and operational perspective to enterprise risk, compliance, and governance.
He currently serves as Senior Manager – Enterprise Risk Management at CPC, where he leads enterprise-wide risk strategy across manufacturing operations and supports executive leadership in strengthening risk-informed decision making.
Previously, Suhaib led the activation and integration of Governance, Risk, and Compliance functions at Jeddah Central Development Company (a PIF subsidiary), establishing the organization’s GRC ecosystem and advancing international standards including ISO 37301 (Compliance) and ISO 37000 (Governance). Earlier in his career at SABIC, he contributed to ESG audits, compliance programs, and operational risk initiatives in complex industrial environments.
