Having more than 18 years of experience in various IT domains and served at key government projects related to IT Governance, Security Management and IT Compliance. Led national policy making initiatives and helped maturing the governance eco system for the ICT sector in the Sultanate, including the development of national policies and standards for governing the IT industry, reviewing IT related laws, conducting research on new technological trends, as well as providing guidance and consultancy services to government agencies. Built and led the national IT compliance program for the government sector, and the national IT Accreditation program of the private sector (SPs).Currently working on igniting the Corporate Governance Program and helping in transforming businesses towards achieving high levels of performance with sustainable resilience.
