Farah is an experienced internal audit professional with extensive experience across the GCC region.
Throughout her professional career, she has pursued and completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Hult International Business School and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at Grenoble Ecole de Management, in addition to other professional qualifications, including CIA, CFE, CFC, GRCP, GRCA and cCAE. She has delivered a TEDx talk titled “Give Up or Try Harder,” authored a book, “Unlocking Your Potential: A Journey to Self-Development,” and regularly participates in various extracurricular initiatives, including leadership programs, training sessions, podcasts, blogs, etc.
She has served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), contributing to the development of its one of its course contents. She has also spoken at numerous regional and international conferences hosted by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
Furthermore, she is a member of the Governance and Sustainability Sub-Group of the UAE Internal Auditors Association (IAA) and serves on the Advisory Boards of the Internal Audit Review, the Council of International Chambers of Commerce (CICC), and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), where she also contributes as a board member of the Editorial Advisory Committee.
She was named among the Top 15 Emerging Leaders in Internal Audit by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
