Dr. Naifah M. Hamoudah, MD, GRCP, GRCA, CPHQ, IRMP, ICEP, IPMP, IAAP, VBHC-GB
Dr. Naifah Hamoudah is a senior healthcare executive and governance leader with over 17 years of experience spanning clinical practice, strategic transformation, accreditation, and enterprise governance. She currently serves as Executive Director of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) at Riyadh First Health Cluster and Senior Advisor to the General Director of Internal Audit at the Ministry of Health, Saudi Arabia.
Dr. Naifah has held key leadership roles including Vice President of Strategic Planning & Transformation at Jeddah First Health Cluster and Director of Quality & Accreditation at Riyadh First Health Cluster. She has led the development of integrated corporate and clinical governance frameworks, overseen large-scale accreditation programs, and aligned healthcare operations with national transformation initiatives under Vision 2030.
Internationally, she trained and practiced in Germany for seven years in plastic and reconstructive surgery and served as the first Healthcare Counselor at the Saudi Embassy in Berlin. She is a national surveyor for CBAHI and CHI, a Temos accreditation assessor (Germany), and Chief Evaluation Officer at Sterling International, applying the Malcolm Baldrige Performance Excellence framework.
Dr. Naifah holds multiple professional certifications in Governance, Risk & Compliance (OCEG) GRCP and GRCA, Value-Based Healthcare green belt (The Decision Institute, Netherlands), Integrated Risk Management, Integrated Compliance & Ethics Professional (ICEP), Integrated Audit & Assurance Professional (IAAP), Integrated Policy Management Professional (IPMP) and Healthcare Quality. She is widely recognized for advancing healthcare governance, performance excellence, and system-wide transformation across Saudi Arabia.
