Mohamed Reyad has over 17 years of experience in training, consulting, and research in the fields of corporate governance, social and environmental responsibility, and sustainable development.
He currently serves as the Deputy CEO of Bawabet AlHekmah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, a position he has held since May 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Executive Director of the Egyptian Institute of Directors (EIoD) affiliate of the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) from 2017. He is also an independent chair of the Audit and Governance Committee at Egypt Post Distribution Company (PDC) since 2021.
Mohamed Reyad is currently a Doctoral Researcher in the DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) program at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport, specializing in governance and finance. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in corporate governance and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
